We DON'T schedule Delivery bookings but you may book your order pick-up from our Kapitolyo shop via Lalamove CAR (for cakes and big orders) or via Transportify.

Please advise our shop regarding booking details so that we know which driver is picking-up in your behalf.

For provincial cookie deliveries, we can have it shipped via LBC for an additional fee. However, we can't be liable for damages and delays incurred during transit.

Pick-up Schedule
Monday-Sunday: 10AM-5PM only

Inform us ahead on your desired pick-up time so that we can make sure that your cake is ready once you arrive.

Please follow the agreed pick-up time.
We don't allow order pick-ups earlier than our scheduled store hours.

Don't forget to check the cake before leaving our store because once you’ve picked-up the cake, we are no longer liable for any damages while in transit as we make sure that our products are made in the best condition.

Just so you know, the best way to transport your cake is at the back of a van, station wagon or SUV. If none of these options are available, it is possible to transport smaller sized cakes on the floorboard of a car, however this is a last resort due to the potential damage.
