How to order?


Decide what kind of cake you’re interested to order.

Once you know what you want, feel free to leave us a message on the Contact Page or e-mail us your inquiry details at theflourgirlbakerymanila@gmail.com

For custom fondant cakes, we don’t give immediate price quotations via text message, phone call or unscheduled store visit as we need some time to plan and conceptualize on your cake requirement.




Do you customize cakes?


Yes, most of our cakes are customized so we require that you send us a cake photo peg that we’ve previously made, or you can send us your own design, and we’ll try to replicate it for you.

Please include the following details when you request for price quotation:

-Photo of the cake peg in .jpeg format

-Preferred size (inches of cake diameter—6in, 8in, 9in, 10in, etc.)

-For tiered cakes, number of edible vs dummy cake tiers (optional)

-Occasion and color theme

-Date needed




What’s the lead time for ordering?


We have readily available cakes at our COFFEE SHOP!

But if you’re looking for a more unique treat, we have different products and different lead times for each product variety.

-Hundred Gram Cookie, 1-2 working days excluding Monday after payment has been made.

-Single tiered Fried Chicken Cake and Drip Cakes such as our Upside Down Ice Cream Cake and Nutella Drip Cake, 3 working days excluding Monday after payment has been made.

-Tiered Drip Cakes, atleast 5 days after payment has been made.

-Custom Fondant Cake, 10-14 days after payment has been made.

-Add-ons such as our custom acrylic topper requires atleast 5 days lead time, since we still have to order this from our supplier.




Do you deliver?


No, we no longer accept deliveries. But you may schedule a Lalamove Driver to pick-up your order from our Ace Water Spa Kapitolyo Shop.

Please take note that we won't be liable for any damages as soon as the cake leaves our shop, so please advise your driver to be extra careful when handling your cake order.




What's the mode of payment?


We accept cash or BDO bank deposit for orders. For cash payments, you may settle your order at our Kapitolyo shop. For BDO bank deposit, kindly e-mail the scanned copy of the deposit slip to theflourgirlbakerymanila@gmail.com Please be reminded that we don't process orders with late payments.




Do you have a cake consultation schedule?


Cake consultations are available strictly by appointment every Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 1pm-3pm only. Bring a photo of the cake that you wish to order, your size requirements and other details that can help us conceptualize the cake design. During this meeting, we can only give you our ideas and not the price quotation right away, as we need time to do the costing too. Once we've agreed on the design and price of the cake, we require full payment to confirm your order.




Do you accept rush orders?


Depending on the intricacies of your order requirements and our baking schedule, sometimes we can squeeze in rush orders for an additional fee. Last minute orders (within 72 hours from pickup date) must be paid immediately.




What if i suddenly can't pick-up my cake order?


In the event of Missed or Forgotten Pickups, we make every attempt to contact you before we close. Your order will be available for pickup until the following business day.




Can we refund if we don't like our cake?


NO REFUNDS. We promise to do our best to provide the best tasting & best looking cakes & bakery items around. Custom orders are created with love by our talented staff just for you.
