How to order?

Decide what kind of cake you’re interested to order.
Once you know what you want, feel free to leave us a message at the Contact Page or e-mail us your inquiry details to theflourgirlbakerymanila@gmail.com
For custom fondant cakes, we don’t give immediate price quotations via text message, phone call or unscheduled store visit as we need some time to plan and conceptualize on your cake requirement.

Do you customize cakes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most of our cakes are customized so we require that you send us a cake photo peg that we’ve previously made, or you can send us your own design, and we’ll try our best to replicate it for you. However, we don't guarantee that we can execute the exact same peg that you provided because we also need room for our own creativity.
Please include the following details when you request for price quotation:
-Photo of the cake peg in .jpeg format
-Preferred size (inches of cake diameter—6in, 8in, 9in, 10in, etc.)
-Occasion and color theme
-Date needed

What’s the lead time for ordering?

Lead time for custom cake orders is 2-3 weeks subject to slot availability.

Question 4

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

No, we DON'T DELIVER but you may schedule a Lalamove Driver to pick-up your order from our Ace Water Spa Kapitolyo Shop.

For cookies, please book any Motorcycle service.
For cakes or bulk orders, please book SUV Car service.
Please take note that we won't be liable for any damages as soon as the cake leaves our shop, so please advise your driver to be extra careful when handling your cake order.

What's the mode of payment?

Accepted Answer

We only accept ONLINE BANK TRANSFER via BDO or METROBANK. 
 
Once you've settled your payment, make sure to email a photo of the transaction slip to  theflourgirlbakerymanila@gmail.com
 
Lead time to settle the payment is 2week prior to the pick-up date.
 
Please be reminded that we don't process orders with late payments.

Do you have a cake consultation schedule?

No, all inquiries and transaction are made via e-mail. 
Should you have an inquiry, don't hesitate to send us a message with your cake peg!

Do you accept rush orders?

Accepted Answer

No, we don't accept rush orders.

Question 8

What if i suddenly can't pick-up my cake order?

Accepted Answer

In the event of Missed or Forgotten Pickups, we make every attempt to contact you before our shop closes but if you can't pick it up due to an emergency, you may still claim your order until the following business day.

Can we refund if we don't like our cake?

Accepted Answer

NO REFUNDS. We make sure that we do our best to provide the best tasting & best looking cakes & baked items for our clients.
